Introduction to Interactive Modules
Interactive modules draw from local library produced data accessed from national Public Libraries and the Internet survey databases via the local library's national FSCS Key. Modules contained in this section:
Library Profile - Create profiles of local libraries based on national surveys and provide for comparison of that local data to state and national level averages. For more information, click here.
Note: At present, the EDMS system provides data from the 2004 NCES Database, 2005 NCES Database,
and 2006 Internet Survey Database along with the capability to update the 2004 NCES data.
Select a data type to create report:
-
2004 NCES Data
Database of public library statistics collected in FY 2004 on topics such as public library collections, expenditures, services, etc. The report created with this data allows participants to compare local level data to state and national averages.
-

The 2005 NCES database of public library statistics collected in FY 2004 on topics such as public library collections, expenditures, services, etc. The report created with this data allows participants to compare local level data to state and national averages.
